PESA (July) 2011 publication
The PESA National Statistics annual release is normally published once a year in the spring.
Exceptionally, this year we are publishing this release twice, in April and July, because of changes to the arrangement for the Treasury’s other spending publications.
This PESA (July) 2011 release includes outturn data for 10/11 for the first time, for all the tables apart from those in Section 4.
We will continue to publish the Quarterly National Statistics updates release - the next release will be in October.
Data in previous PESA editions may not be fully consistent with the latest release due to changes in data coverage and classification changes. PESA 2010 presents historical data adjusted to current definitions to show trends over a longer period.
We advise against splicing together multiple editions of PESA. Archived PESA publications can be found on the National Archives UK Government web archive (opens in new browser windon).
