Devolved administations

Public Private Partnerships are a devolved matter with the Administrations setting their own policy for delivery. Recognising the value from close collaboration on such issues, Infrastructure UK has set up a working group to discuss areas of mutual interest.

Northern Ireland

Responsibility for the development and co-ordination of PPP policy in Northern Ireland is held by the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister, in conjunction with the Department of Finance and Personnel.

Working with government departments and the Strategic Investment Board, they aim to develop knowledge and skills and identify new PPP models required to deliver investment in Northern Ireland infrastructure.
