Press notice and Budget mailing list subscription

To subscribe

To unsubscribe

To subscribe several e-mail addresses

E-mail the press list with all the addresses but do not put 'subscribe presslist' in the subject field. In the body of the e-mail confirm that you wish to subscribe a list of address's to the press list.

This also applies to the Budget mailing list

To unsubscribe from the press list if your e-mail address has changed

If your e-mail address has changed since you subscribed and you still receive press notices, the database still sends the e-mail to the old address which is then diverted to the current address. If you send an unsubscribe e-mail from your new e-mail address the system won't recognise it and will reply stating that your address is not on the database. In this case, e-mail the press list but do not put 'unsubscribe presslist' in the subject field. Provide your old e-mail address and it can be removed from the list manually.

This also applies to the Budget mailing list

To unsubscribe from the press list if press notices are automatically diverted to your new e-mail address?

Yes you should notify as this can cause problems if you wish to unsubscribe. You should e-mail the Press list and put New e-mail address in the subject field, give your new e-mail address and the old one so that the mail list can be correctly updated.
