Request: "I wish to be advised of the British Government’s responses to the formal letters of notice from Commissioner F Bolkestein initiating infringement proceedings against the British Government for failure to comply with EU insurance Directives with respect to the regulation of Lloyd’s of London. There were two letters of formal notice sent in 2001 and 2002 as well as an administrative letter concerning Equitas."
