Request:
a) Details of meetings held with international casino operators including dates, location, who was in attendance and copies of any meeting notes.
b) Details of any representations received in 2003 or 2004 regarding possible
changes to gambling legislation and/or issues surrounding the taxation regime for gambling operators including date representation was received, copies of the representations, dates any response was sent and copies of the responses.
