Details of consultancy spending

Request:
Detailed request to have the ten consultancy contracts under which the most has been paid by the department to date (going back as far as reasonably possible), showing in each case:
- the date signed and anticipated or actual duration
- the consultant used
- a summary of the project and the services to be provided
- the anticipated or actual value of the contract
For each contract the amounts paid in each financial year to date, broken down between fees and payments for expenses (in particular showing expenses for travel, accommodation etc).
For each contract the amounts reimbursed to the department in each financial year to date, identifying repayments that relate to rebates received by the consultants in respect of expenses.
Disclosure: The FOI Act does not require public authorities to create information to reply to a request. In this case we did not have recorded information for all aspects, to search and create it would be outside the scope of the Act. The reply gives the details held by Treasury which most closely match the request.
