The majority of legislation included in this Bill was published in draft on 9 December 2010. The consultation closed on 9 February 2011.
Budget 2011 confirmed the measures to be included in Finance Bill 2011.
Chapter 2 of the Overview of Tax Legislation Rates document published alongside the Budget, sets out where changes were made to legislation as a result of the consultation.
