Change font size using Firefox
- Open the 'tools' menu and select 'options'
- select the 'content' tab and 'advanced' in the 'fonts & colours' section,
- un-tick the box that says 'allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above'
- choose your own font and size,
- you can also choose a 'minimum font size' so that the browser will never display a font at a size below the size you choose.
Change font size using Internet Explorer
- Open the 'tools' menu and select 'Internet options',
- select the 'general' tab and 'accessibility' in the 'appearance' section,
- tick the box that says 'ignore font styles specified on web pages' and select 'ok',
- select 'fonts' in the 'appearance' section and choose your own font and size.
Change font size using windows
- Open 'Windows' (click on the 'start' menu) and hover on 'settings' to open a second menu, select the 'control' panel,
- choose the 'display' icon and select the 'settings' tab,
- select 'advanced' to open the 'advanced properties' box and select a font size,
-
select 'other' to choose a font size over 125 per cent.
